This app turns the Trapologist at Work programme into a private, AI-supported check-up and coaching experience. Here is exactly how it handles your information, in plain language. It follows Mauritius' Data Protection Act 2017.

What we collect

• Your name and email (to sign you in and address you).
• Your check-up answers and scores across the 7 workplace traps.
• The Take-Action plan you write.
• Your chats with AI David (only if you turn chat-saving on).
• Timestamps of when you used the app.

We practise data minimisation: we never collect your date of birth, national ID, phone number, address, or any HR records.

Why we use it

To run your trap check-up, show and explain your results, power your coaching conversations with AI David, and help you build a personal action plan.

Who can see it

Only you and Sakeenah Group. Each person's data is isolated — you can only ever see your own.

AI and where your data goes

AI David is powered by Google Cloud (Vertex AI). To answer you, your messages and scores are sent to Google Cloud, which may process them outside Mauritius, under contractual safeguards. AI David is a computer helper, not a person — and you will always be told you are talking to an AI.

Guidance only — never an automated decision

Your scores, levels, and anything AI David suggests are guidance to help you think for yourself. They are not an automated decision about you, and must never be used for hiring, promotion, pay, or discipline.

How long we keep it

• Chats: 90 days, then deleted automatically.
• Finished check-ups: 365 days, then deleted automatically.
• Your current check-up is kept while your account is active.

Your choices

• Download everything we hold about you (one file).
• Delete a single chat, or your whole account (which erases your data).
• Change your mind (withdraw consent) anytime — we stop using your data, and you can re-enable chat-saving later.

Do all of this yourself from Data controls inside the app.
